Refund and Returns Policy
Generally, we refund all orders that are returned to us unopened and undamaged. Next to that, we also refund orders shipped with tracking that do not arrive within 45 days from the day of shipping.
When an order gets back to us, we do our best to refund it as soon as possible. After we initiate the refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive a confirmation mail of the refund.

Orders shipped without tracking
Since there is no way to independently verify the whereabouts of an order shipped without tracking, we only refund those when they are returned to us. If you want your order to be eligible for a refund when it gets lost or takes too long to arrive, please consider choosing shipping with tracking.

Orders returned due to being undeliverable
When an order is undeliverable for some reason, it usually gets returned to sender. We will refund your order when it gets back to us. Note that in this case the refund does not include the shipping costs that you paid for your order.
