Shipping and tracking
We try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
After we shipped your order, it will usually take about 3-5 business days to arrive in Europe, and about 4-9 business days to arrive in the US and Canada. Shipping to the rest of the world should not take more than 3 weeks. You can contact us if your order takes longer to arrive than expected.
Please note that shipping with tracking is not faster than shipping without tracking.
We ship from The Netherlands.
We ship to all countries in the world, excluding the ones that currently do not accept international deliveries. You can find a list of those countries here.
Yes, we do, but only to certain countries. You can find a list of supported countries here (click on the link ‘Delivery times cross border’ and check whether there is a checkmark for your country in the column ‘Packet Tracked’).
You will receive your tracking code in the shipping confirmation mail that will be sent to you on the day of shipping.
Your order will be delivered by your national postal service.
Orders and payments
Please contact us if you want to order quantities that are significantly larger than what we sell in our store. We can probably give you a discount for a bulk order.
Refunds and returns
Yes, but only if your order was shipped with tracking. Those are eligible for a refund if they take longer than 45 days to arrive. Please contact us if this is the case for your order.
We do not refund orders that were shipped without tracking, unless they are returned to us. This is because there is no way for us to independently verify the shipping status of the package.
In general, orders rarely get lost. Most packages that are undeliverable for some reason are returned to sender. We refund all orders that we are returned to us.
Yes, you can return your order by refusing delivery or by returning it to the address on the shipping label. Because of hygienic reasons, we only accept returns that are in the original state (unopened and undamaged). You can return the order within 45 days from the day of shipping. Please contact us when you want to return an order.
